Wheres the Gogoat in Lumoise City?

In the second gameplay trailer, it showed a player riding a Gogoat. Where's it at?

There are signs posted throughout lumoise city and if you talk to it and pay $200, you can take a tour of the city on the back of a gogoat. Sadly you have no control over the gogoat though :c

On the outskirts of Lumiose City, there are blue signs around the place. Interact with the signs and it says that you can ride a Gogoat around Lumiose City to get around. You have to pay a fee.
