Gyarados or Bisharp for Pokemon x and y?

I'm playing pokémon x and I want to know who's better to put in my team Gyarados or Bisharp ?

I love bisharp good attack and speed and good moveset , but gyarados great attack and good moveset to counter electrik type Pokemon also gyarados has a mega evolution .

which one should I choose ?

You already have a water type Pokemon, so I guess unless you really wanted Gyrados I'd go with Bisharp.
