Can Eevee learn Iron Tail though breeding in X & Y?

Just wanted to know if I'll have to wait until December for my old Umbreon or if I could breed one with Iron Tail right now.

According to here Eevee can only learn Iron Tail in generation 5. So it looks like you going to have to wait!

Iron tail is a gen 5 move tutor move ONLY. Sorry to drop a small but vital mood killer, but iron tail is NOT an egg move, your new born Eevee will never have iron tail. (I know I shouldn't add a new answer after a BA has been selected, but I thought this was fairly vital info)

Yes though you will need the parents to pass it down to the child
