If not, then what move could replace it. I will be running a Substitute set on him:

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Trait: Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Atk / 200 Spd
- spore
- leech seed
- substitute
- Drain punch or ??

Thanks!

Drain Punch is obtainable in Generation V on Breloom in two ways

  • In Black and White Two, the move tutor in Humilau City will teach Breloom Drain Punch in exchange for 10 yellow shards.
  • Any male member of the Fairy or Grassegg groups capable of learning Drain Punch either via the Move Tutor in Humilau or having been transferred from a Generation IV game where it learned it via TM can give you the move via breeding

Keep in mind however that both methods require another game that is not Black and White and another system for trading/transferring.

In terms of other viable moves there are a few

  • Facade as you mentioned
  • Focus Punch-This is the most powerful option, at base 225 power, but it requires you to transfer a Pokemon from Generation IV that was taught it by TM and breed it
  • Seed Bomb- A reliable STAB move learned by level up

Hope this helps
