How can my breloom learn spore and mach punch?

Question

I have a level 5 shroomish and I want a breloom with both mach punch and spore. Breloom can't learn spore so I have to keep it a shroomish until level 52 but breloom learns mach punch at 26(ish). How can I get it to learn both?
This is gen 3 btw.

Besides breeding a Shroomish with Spore that way it has it at level 1, you can just wait until it learns it at level 52 then evolve it. Once evolved take it to the Move Re-learner and have him reteach Mach Punch to Breloom; you will need a Heart Scale to do this method.

No. Shroomish has to learn it, not Breloom.
