Will my Tyrunt still turn into a Tyrantrum?

Question

I don't want to risk anything happening bad to my tyrunt, so here is my question.

I looked on this website to see what moves Tyrunt learns, and I saw that Tyrunt learns Thrash at LV. 40. (The LV. that is after Tyrunt's Evolution) (So at LV. 39) I wanted him to learn the move earlier so I wouldn't have had to wait until he got to LV. 42 when he was Tyrantrum. (So here is my question) Will tyrunt still be able to Evolve into Tyrantrum? (=D) Or will he be stuck a Tyrunt forever? (D=)

It will. Level 39 is the minimum level it must reach in order to evolve.

yes it try to evolve every level until you let it, so let it learn all the moves you want before evolving.

If you stop it from evolving at level 39, it will try to evolve every time it learns a new move.

It will evolve know matter what. Each time it levels up ( after level 39) you will get the option to evolve it. When it reaches level 100 however there is no turning back. It won't evolve at all. It goes for every Pokemon that can evolve by leveling up or happiness
