What is the best EV spread for a Jolly Swampert?

I recently got a Jolly Mudkip in X and I was wondering what the best EV spread to give it would be. He's going to be part of my competitive team and i'm focusing around physical moves. His moveset that i'm planning to give him after I evolve him to a Swampert would be Avalanche, Earthquake, Stone Edge, and Waterfall/Surf.

Hmm. If you want to keep this Swampert you may as well just go for Speed. 252 Speed EVs.

I suggest however, a more Bulky set. 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 SpD. Try to get an Adamant nature!

Jolly isn't the best nature for Swampert. 60 Base Speed is subject for ridicule, and you don't want to increase that while lowering one of its better stats.

You are utilizing its Attack in your movepool, so I would recommend an Adamant nature

Optimal EVs are 252 Atk, 252 HP, 4 Def/SpDef. This boosts its overall bulk and hitting power.
