Is there an effective way to breed shiny pokémon without using the Masuda method? Im unable to trade.

Other than the masuda method and maybe items such as the shiny charm, there is no other way to increase shiny rate through breeding

U can use chaining, but it doesn't involve breeding. At all.
If you want to breed a shiny, assuming you want it for competitive use, there are rumours that the Friend Safari has an increased shiny chance in there. And Pokemon there always have two perfect IVs? :3
I don't have gen 6, though. Oh well, thanks for the tip.
