Masuda Method only works when you breed two Pokémon that originated in games of different languages, so no, even if the Pokémon you started with are of different languages, their offspring will be of yours, so breeding the offspring together will not activate the Masuda Method. However, you can replace the parent of your language with one of the offspring; as long as at least one of the parents is foreign, MM will work.
