Wonder cards are just cards of information based on what you recieved as a Wi-Fi gift.
Say you get a Mew from an event, you will get a wonder card, saying you got Mew.
Nothing happens if you delete a wondercard, but l'm pretty sure you can't get another.
Also, you can only have 3 wondercards at the same time.
