If a Pokemon learns a move through breeding can it remember it again?

Like I breed my Swampert to know Avalanche if it gets forgotten can it remember it as if it were a regular move?

In Gen 6, it is Possible to re-learn egg moves from the move relearner in Dendemille Town. For a Heart Scale, of course.
