I personally like this set of IVs best.

You sacrifice HP bulk, but Porygon-Z can utilize Recover if you're concerned about that. Other than HP though, this is a well-oiled, balanced machine, who has a small limelight set on its Speed and Special Attack, which is what you want. Defense IVs are also quite up-to-par.
