i was waching a vid and he sad it was the same as a mewtwo is this true

Yes it has the same catch rate as Mewtwo when an ordinary Poké Ball is thrown at full HP.

Beldum, Metang and Metagross each have a catch rate of 3 so they are tied with Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Regirock, Regice, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Uxie, Mesprit, Azelf, Heatran, Regigigas, Giratina, Cresselia, Manaphy, Darkrai, Arceus, Victini, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion, Tornadus, Thundurus, Landorus, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, and Zygrade as having the lowest catch rate in the games.
