Where do you get the bicycle in Pokemon X?

I've seen someone riding it in Cyllage City, but where is it?

You get one in the shop east of the Pokémon Center in Cyllage City.

He then asks you if bicycles come in more than one color, you answer yes and then choose a color you want.
