Easiest way for Friend Safari?

I need a Pokemon from Friend safari I try to add other people by trading with them 3 times BUT THEY WONT ADD ME! (Forever alone)
Is there and easier way to add people/get new places in FS, Thanks!!!

Not particularly. You can submit your FC here, like Haunter already commented or any other FC forum you can find on sites, such as on Gamefaqs.
Though it still depends on people adding you or not it's easier to be seen on those.
