Shiny Pokemon in Mystery Dungeon Games?

I know that you come across a lot of Shiny Pokemon in the Japan-exclusive games, but other those, could you find one in Mystery Dungeon games?

Other than the shiny Celebi in Explorers of Time/Darkness and one of the Kecleon brothers (who isn't really shiny, but a different color), no, you cannot find shiny Pokemon in those games. However, when you fight Ho-Oh in Gates to Infinity, it has a small chance of appearing shiny.
