What is the power of Frost Breath in this situation, and would it be worth using?

If I breed the ability sniper(increases power on critical hits) to a Pokemon that learns Frost Breath. What would the power be and would it be worth it? I know the base critical went down from x2 to x1.5, but what would it be with sniper?

Combined with sniper the move will have a base 135 power.
However there is no Pokemon with the ability Sniper capable of learning Frost Breath anyway.
So technically, no, it isn't really worth it as there is no such combination.
