does keldeos resolute form gain any advantage over his ordinary form

No it does not. All it does is change it's look from cute to awesome. I know from experience and knowledge.

Technically, yes it does gain a bonus in changing forms, as its Resolute Form is a directly linked to learning Secret Sword at the Pledge Grove, so only in its Resolute Form can it have Secret Sword.
