Is there any difference in Keldeo's second form?

So, I was wondering if Keldeo's second form was any different (other than appearance) from its basic form.

The resolute form knows secret sword, and the base form usually doesn't know secret sword but might if it learned secret sword in BW.

Yeah, Keldeo has two forms
1) Normal form
2) Resolute form.
Both the forms are similar according to moveset but differ in their body form(I mean apperance). So there aren't any much difference between keldeo's normal form and Keldeo's resolute form.
