Will a Pokedited Blastoise that Know Aura Sphere make it through Pokebank?

Since Blastoise doesn't learns Aura Sphere in Gen 5 but does in Gen 6 will Blastoise transfer to XY or not?

If you need a blastoise with aura sphere i have 5 squirtles with aura sphere and dragon pulse

It depends. Have you tested if it worked? I've got Pokemon with illegal sets through pokebank and more. If you try to transfer it and can't pass it doesn't happens anything but try.

It doesn't akely, an aqua jet crawdaunt won't transfer through poke bank

And speed boost scolipede didn't transfer for Jordan.

Well I got skill. But some pokemon couldn't go trough but still a few passed pokebank. He won't know until he try. And someone even passed a lv 1 gengar
