Are Sylveons rare cards, and are they Legendary?

Recently I traded a Sylveon with a friend, and I wondered how rare that Sylveon was. My other friend said it was but I wasn't sure whether to believe him or not. Also, is a Sylveon a legendary? I'm not sure it is but I wondered anyway.

Sylveons are semi-rare cards, they aren't everywhere but it's not too hard to get a hold of them. No Sylveon is NOT a legend it is just an eevee evolution.

Thanks! Also that Sylveon i traded my friend was a holographic so i think that trade of a holo Sylveon for a Cubchoo was a horrible move right there :)
