How do I catch the Zoroark on victory road in Pokemon Black/White 2?

Yes, I have beat the game, and challenged N, but that Zoroark is nowhere to be seen. And before you ask, no, I don't have Pokemon X/Y....

That zoroark is supposed to be N's and can therefore not be catched whatever you do.
