What would happen if I activate a O-Power then disconnect from Wireless?

Say if I just activated an O-Power, then I switched the Wireless switch off, would that deactivate the O-Power, or would the O-Power still be in effect?

It will not work, as they will act like you haven't even used them. You need the wireless on in order for the O Powers to function.
