I need a list of all places and Pokemons with great % of encounter and repel tricks in Black 2.

Example: Celestial Tower 2F - Litwick - 100%

I think he's referring to how you can use Repels to control what Pokemon appear. Say there were level 46 Geodude in the area and there was also level 48 Onix. You could lead with a level 47 and use a Repel to prevent Geodude from appearing, improving your chance of finding an Onix.

Route 4 Surfing: only Frillish (not counting bubbling spots)
Route 17 Surfing: only Frillish (not counting bubbling spots)
Route 18 Surfing: only Frillish (not counting bubbling spots)
Route 19 Surfing: only Basculin (not counting bubbling spots)
Aspertia City Surfing: only Basculin
Castelia Sewers Surfing: only Grimer (not counting bubbling spots)
Celestial Tower Walking (2nd floor): ony Litwick
Clay Tunnel Surfing: only Basculin
Dragonspiral Tower Surfing: only Basculin
Driftveil City Surfing: only Frillish (not counting bubbling spots)
Driftveil Drawbridge Interact while walking: only Ducklett
Icirrus City Surfing: only Stunfisk (not counting bubbling spots)
