You cannot get one with both of those moves in any generation before 6.
Reasons being that females cannot pass down egg moves before generation 6, which makes it impossible to get one like that in generation 5 as you would have to do the following:
You would have to breed a female Chimecho with one of these Pokemon to get Hypnosis:
- Gastly, Haunter, Gengar
- Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir
- Spiritomb
That would get you a Chimecho that would know Hypnosis.
Then you would breed the female Chimecho with one of these Pokemon to get Recover:
- Slugma, Macargo
- Shellos, Gastrodon
- Solosis, Duosion, Reuniclus
- Frillish, Jellicent
Either that, or first breed it with some Pokemon from that list that knows Hypnosis, then breed that offspring with a Pokemon from the second list that knows Recover.
That would require females to be able to pass down egg moves, which they can't do before generation 6.
