I need a specially defensive wall on my team, from any smogon tier.

It needs to match the following:
1) Not weak to fighting
2) Have a special defense base stat of 100 or higher
3) Have a HP stat of 100 or higher
4) Not a legendary
5) Have decent Atk or Sp. Atk

Thanks

Tbh, the best Pokemon to fit your team, meets up to your criteria (with 5 less HP points), to synergize, is better than a Florges, has a more powerful STAB and can actually function as a specially orientated mixed wall is Sylveon.
With 95 HP / 130 SDef it is a great specially wall, and when invested in Def, can tank rather powerful physical attacks as well.
With its Fairy typing, it not only resists fighting types but can usually KO them back as well. With access to reliable recovery and a status cleansing move, packed with a powerful stab that goes through subs, I would recommend Sylveon for your team.

Sylveon @ Leftovers
Trait: Pixilate
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 32 SDef
Bold Nature
- Hyper Voice
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Protect

The EVs enable it to survive menacing physical attacks, such as an LO Garchomp's Earthquake, and most attacks coming from a +1 Mega Tyranitar. Sylveon's HP also enables it to pass great wishes that can easily replenish most of a Pokemon's health at once, while retaining enough special defense to survive rather powerful special hits, such as a Sheer Force Landorus' Earth Power, while taking a huge chunk of health from it with Hyper Voice.

Adding upon measure, because of Sylveon's excellent bulk and stat distribution, it can afford to call itself a member of a rather defensive core that would be created upon its presence on your team, as it does have a rather decent complementing typing to both Mandibuzz and Ferrothorn. taking down quite a decent amount of their check and counters, as they do so for SYlveon as well..

Synergy-wise, they have the exact same time coverage (being exactly the same type and all).
so dont be talking shiz about my gurl Florges!
Florges saks compared to Sylveon, gurl
You wanna fite?
EH?
Ok so im stuck between Florges and Sylveon.
But i think im going to choose sylveon and see how it goes, then florges.
No fighting here XD

Well I found something, but it has base 90 hp instead of 100. It has amazing special defense, at a massive base 150. It has both good attack and great special attack, so it's capable of running mixed sets. It's not a legendary, and not weak to fighting. That Pokemon is... Goodra!

Hm....
Well...Its more of an special attacker, and for it to be stally, hydration.
And for hydration to activate, itll need rain, which will interfere with my darmanitan

The only Pokemon that have more than 100 HP and 100 SpD that arent legendaries are Mega Tyranitar, Chansey and Snorlax, and they are all weak to fighting.

There's actually one more, Darmanitan Zen.
It fits all of your criterias, but has a terrible movepool and other stats, also :
> You do realize that Darmanitan-Z can only be obtained when a Darmanitan with Zen mode as ability has health lower than 50%
Which makes it a gardawful specially defensive wall.

So yeah, dont use that.

I would go for Florges, if I would you.
Florges resists Fighting, has a whopping 154 SpD and 112 SpA, and while it may not have 100 HP, 78 HP is quite enough.
Here's a set for ya:
enter image description here
Florges @ Leftovers
Ability: Flower Veil
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Aromatherapy
- Wish

Honestly, your conditions are way too high for most Pokemon. Many great special walls such as Florges have just below 100 base HP or are legendary, like Cresselia.

Nevertheless, here are the Pokemon that fit your condition:

Darmanitan-Zen: 105/30/105/140/105/55
Jellicent: 100/60/70/85/105/60
Muk: 105/105/75/65/100/50

Source (Sorted by descending SpDef)

Scrap
Dig a hole, jump inside, don't come back out
lly bae
Yea... I have to agree that Darmantian-Z should never be used. Ever.
Gimmick Pokemon.
I do too fondant xD
No you don't @Le scraf , lmao. Why did you post it then? Just admit you didn't know.
