What Pokemon is most easily capable of taking hits?

Question

I'm looking for a Pokemon that:

• Has high HP, Def, and Sp. Def stats
• Has balanced defensive stats (so not Pokemon like Blissey).

Which Pokemon can take a neutral hit and survive with the least HP percentage loss? (You may want to use a damage calculator)

252 Atk Teravolt Kyurem-B Fusion Bolt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Dusknoir: 103-122 (44.5 - 52.8%) -- 25.4% chance to 2HKO

252 Atk Teravolt Kyurem-B Fusion Bolt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Shuckle: 64-76 (35.3 - 41.9%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

252 Atk Teravolt Kyurem-B Fusion Bolt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Deoxys-D: 89-105 (36.9 - 43.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

All Defensive Pokemons's stats had 0 EVs and 31 IVs.
Also, Umbreon can learn moves like Moonlight, Dusknoir can learn Pain Split, Deoxys-Defense can learn Recover.

Just a small thing: Dusclops can take hits better than Dusknoir because of Eviolite

Yeah I know that, but because of Eviolite I didn't put it, only because of items.. yeah that is stronger than Dusknoir.
