In Black 2 and White 2 you can get a Zorua in the main story. Rood gives you N's Zorua in Driftveil city.

After going to driftveil city, make sure you have an empty slot in your party, you'll get one in the Ex-Team Plasma base and he'll ask you to take care of it, you can decline it but you can still retrieve it later on.
