I cant find zorua in castillea city in white 2?

i have been in every open building and I dont know who to talk to?

That's because it's found in Driftveil City. You'll get it eventually, its part of the storyline.

Yeah, a person who used to be in Team Plasma gives it to you. He said it was N's. By the way, the building he's in is near the Driftveil Gym. The Gym leader is Quake. I probably spelled his name wrong, so sorry....
