Is it true that Zorua and Zoroark are event-exclusive (by Celebi and Hounds)?
They are both in-game events so you can count them as
Yeah they are. you can get them thru events at Gamestop (ends feb 3rd)
in black and white 2 one of the 7 sages gives it to the player
