Why can't i catch Zorua?

I really want a Zorua, but i can't get it! i have a Celibi (although it's shiny, but i doubt it makes a difference), and i have an empty slot and a pokeball, but it just doesn't appear! Please tell me what im doing wrong.

Your Celebi has to be from the event given out in HG/SS.

If it was AR'd or from another event, It won't work.
