Well I heard Ditto should only be EV/Super Trained in HP because when it transforms it copies all stats except HP but if I add it with 31 HP IVs would it help?
If the Ditto is Level 100 with 31 IVs, it will have 31 more Hit Points than a Level 100 Ditto with 0 IVs, assuming they have the same EV training in HP.
This can be the difference between a hit that takes out 99% of your HP and 100% of your HP.
Yes it would highly benefit Ditto to have 31 IV's and 252 EV's in HP.
