Why does the Master Ball have Tentacool's pattern?

I was randomly searching on web when I saw a image of a Master Ball and then I remembered about Tentacool.

It depends on the onlooker.

You can see a Voltorb in a Pokeball, but the next person could see Electrode instead. If Tentacool resembles the Master Ball to you, it wasn't an intentional idea from Gamefreak. Rather, it was what you saw in the image that made you reflect back to Tentacool.

That's because Voltorb and Electrode look exactly the same. js.

And that's why it depends on every other person. One could say it's a Voltorb, the other would say it's an Electrode. And then there will be odd guys who'd say Foongus or something as well.
