Can shiny Pokemon hatch from eggs?

Question

I have a shiny Vaporeon in my Pokemon Pearl. It isn't an international Pokemon. I was wondering how often, if possible, you can get a shiny Eevee from the eggs.

Asked only 100 times;
as always, 1:8192. Hovewer, breeding international Pokémon results into 4:8192
