There is no such thing. Maybe it is missingno or the bad egg but you have to cheat or hack your game to get either one

Lt probably is Missingno or Something M, those are the only Pokemon that aren't really part of the game, but do in fact freeze the game.

Um to my knowledge there is no "virus " pokemon although if you use a cheat machine their might be I wouldnt worry about it though.
