Is this Mew legit or fake?

I recently received a Mew on GTS and I would like to know if it's legit or fake. The Mew's OT is TATA which confuses me but the ID no is 16199. Its ability is Synchonize. Its says it nature is Jolly. "A fateful encounter seems to have led it across space and time to reach the Kalos region from the Hoenn region" and its characteristic is strongly defiant. Ps mew isnt shiny and is level 31. Please answer asap. Also what confuses me is it is in a pokeball and not a cherrish ball like other event legends.

In my opinion, Mew isn't hacked/fake. Why?

It can be legal or hacked however..

In Emerald you can get Mew by event called ''Old Sea Map'' and you can get it shiny by 1/8192 running away from the battle, exiting the dungeon and battle him again. If you say it come from Hoenn, it is pretty possible its legit. Mew is found at Faraway Island at level 30, so if it's a level 31, it seems that isn't hacked.
It's normal that isn't a Cherrish ball because it's a wild Mew and at level 30, it's easy to caught in a Pokéball. Cherrish Ball didn't exist at Gen 3 as you see here.

I'm 99.9% sure that your Mew isn't hacked.

It's fake.

Here's how we can tell:

It arrived from Hoenn. This means that it had to be legally obtained through a Generation III distribution. Here are the ID/ID numbers the event Mew had:

ハドウ - 50716
ポケパーク - 60510
MYSTRY - 06930
Aura - 20078

None of them are "TATA" or 16199.

You got it from the GTS. Mystical Pokemon (Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Deoxys, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Diancie) cannot be traded across the GTS.

These two things guarantee your Mew is unauthentic.

actually there was an event in emerald that was different.  I got mine from there and it's got OT: Meewec  ID: 06724  Seems to have had a fateful encounter in the Hoenn region in an ultra ball and lvl 30.  you actually had to go and capture it on an island using the old sea map in that event.  as for being on the GTS or not, i have no firm yes or no on the issue but i thought gts just didn't allow the special ribbons or the cherish balls.  granted, i'm not about to test if this is true or not with mine, but it may be.
