What Pokeball do you use to catch Mesprit?

Which is the best Pokeball to catch Mesprit? Every time I find it, it gets out.

I was battling Mesprite and I had only one pokemon which was weaker than Mesprite, so I used a timerball and it worked.

Well, a quick ball is what I caught it with since it flees at the first move but Ultra balls are good too. If that doesn't work than maybe dusk balls at night. Make sure you weaken it and inflict any kind of status you can.

when you already lowered it's health to red the best choice is quick ball, or ultra ball, when its night or dark use a dusk ball or if you have a crobat or golbat with high speed and knows the move mean look or a pokemon with the ability arena trap or shadow tag, so you can prevent it from escaping

i cought mesprite with my golbat (now a super crobat) by useing mean look lots of hyper potions and ultra balls but i would suggest a dugtrio with areana trap at night then use a quick ball if that fails use lots of dusk balls/ultra balls

I don't have a pokemon that knows mean look or areana trap... Sadly...

when i battled mespirit i used mean look then i kept using false swipe them when it had 1HP left i put it to sleep then caght it with a ultra ball
