Two Slakings at the Battle Maison?

Question

So earlier at the battle maison as I was battling the opposing trainer once had 2 Slakings! This was in singles by the way.
Also I found a trainer with the name Dick.
I thought Gamefreak banned that name from Pokemon.
What happened?

2 Slaking came from RNG.
The name was pre-determined? Not sure.

You must have just been very lucky! To get the same poke in the RNG is a rare occurrence.

It's no glitch

It's a trainer's name not the name of a Pokemon, so therefor you Can in fact verse a trainer called Dick
