I did not downvote it but you can understand how trival this question sounds. It kinda sounds like joey is just trying to waste peoples time. (no offence JoeyC but if you see the sites rules it says no trival questions and gives one example like this)

From what I can tell from looking around it is unobtainable. I have looked around online and in the game and cannot find it. I'm assuming it is unobtainable.
