Does Thunder Wave still raise the speed of an Electric Pokemon with Motor Drive?

Rather important for both a Doubles team I may be planning and just generally using my Electivire.

All Electric-type moves raise the speed of Pokemon with the ability Motor Drive which means that this will take affect as well.
