Where can I find Destiny Knot in Emerald?

You cannot get Destiny Knot in Emerald.

Destiny knot is introduced in gen 4 (Diamond and Pearl) and Emerald is gen 3. So, Destiny Knot is not there before Diamond and Pearl. SORRY:(

So what items could I use to up my chances of a 6IV? Like Macho Brace, Power Brace, etc.

HGSS made sure that if  for example a Pokemon was holdinf a power brace its offspring would gain a perfect IV in attack
