WIll there be a remake of Emerald?

Nobody knows, but it is highly unlikely. Neither Yellow nor Crystal were remade, and OR/AS already introduced Mega Rayquaza and gave it some story prominence in the Delta Episode, which would probably have been kept for the Emerald remake if there was going to be one.

There's no way to predict if there will or will not be a remake of Pokemon Emerald. You can argue saying that they claimed copyright on the name "Delta Emerald", but that's not enough proof to say that there will be a remake. I highly doubt there will be, but with surprises such as BW2, you can't even predict Gamefreak anymore.
