With Omega ruby and Alpha sapphire released, we know that it doesn't have the pokewalker.
But it has a dozen of other great features, like mega evolution, Unlimited TMs etc. You can read them here.

Basically it is impossible to say. There is zero confirmation of any remakes AT ALL yet, let alone what features they may or may not have. There are a million things they could do!

I doubt that they will if they were going to do it they would probably given a pokewalker with B/W. I do belive however that they will make a hoenn remake becuase they have been goin in a pattern and hoenn is next but they probably have something unique planned something BIG!
