Can you catch Carvanah with an old rod in ORAS?

Can you catch Carvanha with an old rod in ORAS or do you need a super or good rod? If so, please tell me the location I can find these rods.

Not with the Old Rod

Carvanha can be caught with the Good Rod or Super Rod in ORAS. It can be caught on Route 118 and 119.

Route 118

Good Rod – 5% chance, Lv. 25
Super Rod – 95% chance, Lv. 30-35

Route 119

Good Rod – 35% chance, Lv. 25
Super Rod – 60% chance, Lv. 35

The Good Rod can be found on Route 118 and the Super Rod can be found in Mossdeep City.
