Biggest one I know of is in fiery path
Granite cave?
I'm also interested in knowing exactly how large it is. I'll edit the question to include that.
Hey, figure I might as well throw this in here for future reference:

Gonna go through all these over the weekend and pace out the tile size myself, so just hang on.
Trachy i think the biggest ones are the ones who got a coridor and then they have two rooms of the same size in each side of the coridor....lok for all of then in serebii and u will understand which of the i mean.(Tilewise always)
I'm just impressed that it's taking nearly a week to get this answered, Good question! @Trachy
Wow. Taking me longer than I expected. 2 more weeks, pls.
I might (tiniest voice) get around to it, but just in case I don't, there's an easy way around it. It might be useful for the answerer.

All you need to do is prepare a grid for the overworld, and trace it onto every image of a Secret Base. This would get you the moving space (aka tiles) of each secret base, whichever has the higher number is larger one.
Takes something like 3-5 hours at the very most tbh.
Its already on the serebii page, see the link above imo.
I really want to see the answer to this
I can't tell you exact but this might help. :) -PikaPi 3.14

The bigest secret base tile size is on route 119, has 144 tile spaces and is in a cave. To get there you have to use the arcro bike and its by a waterfall.

sourses: I ran around and counted all the spaces of all the bases.

You've been busy.
Hey, if you still have the data could you make a spreadsheet or something?  I feel like that would help a LOT of people.
Also, are you sure it's a cave? Acording to serebii (http://www.serebii.net/omegarubyalphasapphire/secretbaselocations.shtml ), the two locations on 119 that require Acro Bike and Waterfall are bushes. (I think it's the second one...?)
They said it's by a waterfall. They never said its required to go up it :P
There are 10 bases on Route 119 and only 4 of them require the use of the Acro Bike to get there... Of those 4 only 1 is cave-like and it requires the use of Solid Board. It's the last one on the list of secret bases on Route 119 that requires the Acro Bike to get (http://www.serebii.net/omegarubyalphasapphire/secretbaselocations.shtml )
