Am I ready for the elite 4?

Question

In Pokemon soulsilver, I am up to the elite four, but I am having trouble winning. I have made a new team that I want to use but before I waste my time doing this what do you think?

Gengar - level 50
Garados - level 40
Lugia - level 50
Meganium - level 53
Pidgeot - level 40
Entei - level 40-45

Please tell me any way I can make my team better, like any moves I should teach any of my Pokemon.

The first round of the E4 are in the 40-50, the highest one being Lance's Dragonite.

PROS OF YOUR TEAM

• You a very wide typing set, and both Entei and Lugia will help you like a boss.
• Some Pokemon out-level the E4. You can sweep them with Meganium, Lugia, and Gengar.
• You are good against 3 E4 members, PLUS Lance, too!

CONS OF YOU TEAM

• Two Pokemon (Gengar and Lugia) are weak to both Karen (Both) and Will (Gengar's Poison typing).

• Charizard will most likely kick Meganium. If you have a Assult Vest or Leftovers, You could stand up to him.

The highest levelled Pokemon in the Elite Four is Lvl. 50.

I recommend training your Pokemon more, in places such as Victory Road to bump them all up to the 50s otherwise you will most likely struggle. Also try and bring status condition moves to make your life easier.

Make sure you bring the essentials (full restores, hyper potions, revives, elixirs etc.) otherwise you will struggle.
