Giga Drain or Ancient Power for my Cradily?

It already knows Toxic, Ingrain and Amnesia. It has more special attack than attack. I need help :(

Definitely Giga Drain

Giga Drain is generally the superior option over AncientPower because it offers Cradily much-needed recovery (especially because yours doesn't have Recover) and an offensive option so it is not complete Taunt bait. Giga Drain also has more PP than AncientPower, and the stat boosts from AP are not garunteed.
