Can I breed eevee with Adaptability with my Dragalge to get Skrelp with Adaptability?

I'm thinking of using it for my ORAS team since I've never used one. I'm also aware that it's his hidden ability, but it's not for eevee o:

No, they have to be the same spiecies to pass down abilities,  or a ditto. Any way, Skrelp and Eevee aren't even in the same egg groups, they can't breed :P

Skrelp can only be bred with Adaptability if a Female Dragalge or Skrelp with Adaptability is bredd with another of its breeding group, Or if a Male or Female Skrelp/Dragalge iwith Adaptability is bred with a ditto.

No you cannot, for a couple of reasons.

1. Abilities are only passed down by the female unless breeding with a Ditto, so when breeding for a Skrelp with Adaptability, you may only attain it if you already have a Skrelp or Dragalge with Adaptability.
2. Skrelp and Eevee aren't even in the same egg group. Eevee is only in the Field egg group whereas Skrelp is in the Water 1 egg group as well as the Dragon egg group. Since they do not share a common egg group that means leaving them in the daycare together will not result in an egg under any circumstances.
