What is a good LC moveset for Exeggcute?

Here's a set I would personally want to use:

Exeggcute @ Eviolite
Ability: Chlorophyll
Level: 5
EVs: 36 HP / 196 SpA / 76 SpD / 196 Spe
Modest Nature
- Solar Beam
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psychic
- Sleep Powder

This set is to be used alongside a Drought user (Vulpix basically). The thing is, Exeggcute is heavily outclassed by a number of LC Pokemon. Most prominently, it's bulky sets are outclassed by Foongus and Ferroseed (to an extent), and offensive sets by Bellsprout. It used to have the niche of tackling Meditite, which was a huge threat, but now that it's banned it is no longer a much appreciated 'mon.

The one thing this set has over Bellsprout though, is that it's not as sun reliant and it's teammate Vulpix can run items other than Heat Rock, like Choice items.

Modest Nature for max damage, as Chlorophyll remedies speed issues. As this is to be paired with a Vulpix, Solar Beam is opted and HP Fire is thrown in for coverage. Psychic for STAB and Sleep Powder for status.

Ability: Harvest
EVs: 252 Def / 248 HP / 4 SpA / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Worry Seed
- Synthesis
- Telekinesis
- Psychic

This set should be used in doubles because it's more for support than bringing down the enemy. I put 1 Special Attack EVs on it in case. Synthesis for if the foe tries to knock you out before you are done the supports. Plus, if you use up the Sitrus Berry, Harvest can help you get your berry back.

EVs: 36 HP / 116 SpA / 156 SpD / 196 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
- Sunny Day
- Giga Drain / Solar Beam
- Psychic
- Sludge Bomb

Sunny Day doubles your speed. The rest is self explanatory. Giga Drain and Psychic for STAB and to heal. Grass STAB is power over healing or not. Sludge Bomb for coverage and nice poison chance.

Leech Seeds damage increases if the opponent is badly poisoned.If you don't believe me,here is a link to Leech Seed.https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Leech_Seed_(move)Sleep Powder is to be used on Poison Types.It is useful in general too.Toxic is part of the combo.Psychic is STAB that hurts Poison Types.Explosion is a neat tech you can sneak in to surprise others,but Psychic or Sleep Powder is usually better.
