I was battling a trainer, I saw the word drastically, and thought that they replaced Harshly with Drastically, but then later realized that I also saw Harshly.
I don't remember if it was a drop or a buff, but if you know what it means, do tell!
Yes Drastically means three stages. You probably saw Cotton Guard, possibly Tail Glow. It is a buff.
